Welcome to Feminine Rejuvenation – I am Sarah, I have been a qualified Nurse for over thirty years with a background in working with adults and children who have struggled with their mental health and wellbeing. Some ten years ago I left nursing to start my own training and consultancy firm. Having researched and supported women in the workplace who were struggling with issues around menopause and sexual health, I began to realise that many women were suffering in silence. Not only suffering with the mental and physical issues around the changes in their body after child birth and menopause but issues around their confidence, self esteem and sexuality.
It was also apparent that many women didn’t know where to get help! I wanted to empower women so that their confidence and self esteem could be rejuvenated from the inside as well as the outside.
I have trained within the field of High Intensive Focused Ultrasound and I am currently undertaking a masters in ultrasound to enhance the treatments that I can offer women. I also belong to the British Menopause Society which helps in imparting knowledge to females who feel lost in their understanding of their changing bodies. I am currently finishing my life coaching diploma which all helps towards the empowerment of women.
